EmergyCare's affordable Membership Program saves community members each year by REDUCING  the out-of-pocket costs for medically necessary EmergyCare emergency ambulance transports.

The EmergyCare Membership program reduces the transport cost for patients when EmergyCare transports them.

 

• A one-year membership is valid for one year from the date we receive payment.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• The membership program may be subject to modification without prior notice.

• Membership does not apply to 911 calls where patients refuse care and/or transport.

• Membership does not apply to paratransit services, wheelchair van, or medical taxi transportation.

• In some areas, fire departments and other EMS agencies also provide ambulance response, because they are separate organizations, EmergyCare membership may not cover their fees.

 

EmergyCare Membership Rates

Household
$60 for One Year

Best Value! Your household membership reduces the costs of medically necessary EmergyCare emergency ambulance transport for everyone residing in your home and any visitors while they are in your home. 

Couple
$50 for One Year

The Couple membership reduces the costs of medically necessary EmergyCare emergency ambulance transport for two named individuals residing in the same household, or where one is a permanent resident,  and the other is in a care facility.

Individual
$40 for One Year

Your membership reduces the costs of medically necessary EmergyCare emergency ambulance transport for one named individual.
